School Therapist
Jefferson Center for Mental Health – Evergreen High School, Evergreen, Colorado
At Jefferson Center we are committed to inclusive, equitable care for all. The School Based Clinician will provide therapeutic interventions—individual, family and group therapy, plus case management—to students at Evergreen High School.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct individual, family and group therapy during school hours and before/after school as needed.
Provide crisis intervention and clinical case management.
Referrals and coordination with Jefferson Center programs and external agencies.
Develop and lead classroom education groups in accordance with manager guidance.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including progress summaries and social service reports.
Engage families in treatment planning and goal-setting.
Work within school district policy and collaborate with district staff, child welfare, juvenile justice, health centers and community resources.
Participate in monthly supervision and peer support; attend clinical trainings and keep current with trends.
Attend mandatory in‑services, team meetings and summer programming if applicable.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field (required).
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or comparable license preferred; unlicensed doctoral candidate or other licensed status acceptable.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
CAS/CAT/LAC credentials desirable.
California Territory Application System (CAS) or California Authority for Licensing (LAC) preferable.

Adaptability, flexibility and a cooperative work style.
Community outreach and engagement.
Salary Salary Grade 51 – Unlicensed Master’s Level: $57,000–$64,000 (hourly)
Salary Grade 52 – Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC): $70,000–$77,200 (salaried)
