What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Pre‑register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services with appropriate providers
Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
Receive requests for information and ensure timely distribution of materials
Schedule, admit, and pre‑authorise insurance for all patients in the assigned area
Act as the first point of contact, providing empathetic and compassionate solutions to patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years in a direct customer‑facing sales or service setting
Ability to effectively communicate and remain calm in critical situations
Experience working in a remote environment while maintaining quality and performance expectations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work part‑time hours, including weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate of Arts degree or completion of a medical terminology program
2 years of experience in a medical setting
