Soliant is seeking an experienced
CVOR Registered Nurse
for a travel contract assignment in
Macon, Georgia . This opportunity is ideal for CVOR nurses who thrive in a high-acuity surgical environment and are comfortable taking call as part of a collaborative cardiovascular team.
Assignment Details
Location: Macon, GA
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full‑time, 10‑hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Call: Approximately 14 call shifts per 6‑week schedule
Weekend Rotation: Call rotation discussed during interview
Holidays: Holiday call required
Start Date: Can start as soon as possible
About The Role This CVOR RN position supports a large, fast‑paced surgical department with a wide range of cardiovascular and complex surgical cases. Nurses in this role will work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists to support safe and efficient operative care.
Common Case Types Include
Open heart and cardiovascular surgery
Valve replacements
Vascular surgery
Neuro spine and brain procedures
Orthopedic trauma and joint replacement
General surgery, robotics, ENT, plastics, and colorectal
Requirements
Active RN license
BLS certification required
Minimum experience:
5 years of CVOR experience
Travel experience preferred, but first‑time travelers will be considered based on experience
Department & Technology Highlights
Large OR department with multiple operating rooms
EMR: EPIC Optime (Intraoperative)
IV Pumps: Alaris
Medication dispensing: Pyxis
Monitors: Philips
Structured hospital and unit orientation provided
