Overview
West Coast Dental Services is seeking a Dental Assistant for locations in Southern California. The role offers a base pay range of $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr, with opportunities for growth through training, mentorship, and professional development.
Responsibilities
Provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services in all offices.
Interact with patients to promote trust and optimal experience.
Collaborate with the entire office team to promote patient trust, connection, and relationships.
Learn how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort regarding treatment.
Qualifications
Passionate about helping others.
Outgoing, personable, cheerful attitude and demeanor.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work full-time.
Will grow and advance in career.
Will obtain certificates and licenses in California.
Adherence to strict OSHA and other requirements; sterilization and infection control procedures are important.
