Speech Language Pathologist (Home Health) (Part time/PRN)
Join Medfamily Wellcare Center as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Document patient progress in health records.
Focus on cognitive-communication and swallowing issues resulting from stroke, brain injury, illness, surgery, injury, or dementia.
Requirements
Current SLP license.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to relocate to State College, PA before starting.

Salary $50.00-$60.00
