Position:
RN Registered Nurse Home Health
Compensation:
$75,000 to $85,000; $10,000 Sign-On Bonus; mileage reimbursement; paid training.
Work schedule:
Full-time days; local travel required.

Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and collaborate with care team to develop and implement plans of care.
Make referrals to other disciplines as indicated.
Promote patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
Supervise LPNs and HHAs.
Complete documentation timely and accurately.
Communicate patient progress to clinical manager and care team.
Plan and provide staff education.
Perform on-call responsibilities and services as assigned.
Participate in clinical development and continuing education programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
One (1+) year of clinical experience as an RN. If less than 1 year, approval from VP Clinical required.
Current RN license for assigned state(s).
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
If less than 6 months RN experience, must participate in RN Intern program.
Location:
Various locations – e.g., Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh – compensation based on region.
