Key Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth operations with high service standards Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Train and onboard new team members, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Monitor front desk activities, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Maintain guest records, ensuring privacy and accuracy in billing, preferences, and special requests
Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and empathy
Assist with scheduling and delegating responsibilities for proper coverage Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to lead and create a positive work environment
Focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
Comfortable with hotel management systems and software
Ability to handle tasks calmly in a fast-paced setting
