Location: Austin, Texas Position Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed) Compensation: Starting at $18/hr + Commission Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr You MUST complete a short PestCo Assessment to be considered for this open position . Key Responsibilities

Manage a pest control route day to day operations. Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections for pests. Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One‑time to continual maintenance. Apply pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions. Safe and efficient setting and removal of rodent traps, wasp, hornet, and bees’ nests. Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties. Continually build your knowledge of pest control inspection processes, procedures, and methods. Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly. Assist with generating new sales leads. Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations. Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs. Use all safety equipment as instructed. Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc. Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company. Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager. Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person. Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job. Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Self‑motivated and results driven. Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record. Pass a background check and drug screen. Pest Control experience preferred but not required. Why Join the PestCo Team?
