A PEEK AT WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Implement care plans to improve patients' physical abilities, following the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
Conduct follow‑up visits and administer manual and non‑manual therapeutic exercises.
Assist patients in using assistive devices such as crutches, canes, and prosthetics.
Instruct patients on wellness and health maintenance, promoting an understanding of therapeutic regimens.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection‑control protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
Travel to patients' homes as needed, driving is required for this position.
THIS IS WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Master's degree in physical therapy.
Minimum of one year of experience in home health as a physical therapist.
Active state license to practice as a physical therapist assistant, in compliance with professional standards.
Valid CPR certification.
Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various locations.
