Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice
Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)
TB skin test within last 12 months
Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
Benefits & Eligibility
Variable hour and part‑time employees eligible for ACA benefits after 12 months of employment (at least 130 hours per calendar month)
