Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days of moving
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); Aveanna can assist in obtaining it after hire if necessary
TB skin test updated within the last 12 months
Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
