Base pay range:
$28.00/hr - $40.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Location
The Lodge at Rocky Mount, NC. Responsibilities
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to residents. Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff. Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff can provide appropriate care. Provide safe and accurate medication–related interventions to residents. Accurately transcribe and coordinate implementation of physician orders. Perform nursing assessments of residents' health status; notify physician of changes and implement new orders. Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care. Select and institute appropriate interventions to stabilize residents or prevent complications. Qualifications
Unrestricted RN or LPN license. Patience, compassion, and desire to care for residents gently and empathetically. Benefits
