SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is hiring for an RN or LPN (7a–3p, Wednesday & Friday) at The Lodge at Rocky Mount.
Base pay range $28.00/hr – $40.00/hr
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff can provide appropriate care.
Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions to residents.
Accurately transcribe and coordinate the implementation of physician orders.
Perform nursing assessments of residents’ health status, notify the physician of changes, and promptly implement and document new orders.
Develop a plan of care based on assessments and implement nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
Qualifications
Unrestricted RN or LPN license.
Patience, compassion, and a gentle, empathetic approach to resident care.
