Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Desert Winds Apartments in Jacksonville, FL who is HVAC/EPA Certified.

This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience should include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.

Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed to complete resident work order repairs.

Performing wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet work.

Completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years of maintenance experience.

Must be HVAC/EPA licensed and available to work overtime.

Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools needed for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.

This candidate must be able to accommodate emergency on‑call schedule.

CPO certifications preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Background screening and drug test required.
