Construction Senior Superintendent (K-12 Projects)

Senior Superintendent – K-12 & Public Works Projects Our client, a union commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large ground-up K-12 and public works projects. This role oversees all on-site operations, manages field leadership, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Compensation Pay range:

$165,000,00/yr – $205,000.00/yr (Base)

Additional compensation:

Annual Bonus and Sign‑on Bonus

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day field operations on ground‑up K-12 or public works projects

Supervise superintendents, field staff, and union subcontractors

Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards

Coordinate schedules, inspections, and site logistics

Collaborate with project managers, owners, and inspectors

Qualifications

Proven experience on ground‑up K-12 or public works projects

Strong leadership and team management skills
