Part time (20 hours/week)
What we expect:
You will manage accounts receivable and debt collection
Billing
Reminders and resolving outstanding items
You handle accounts payable
Securing payment approvals
Verifying invoices
Coding and posting incoming invoices
Managing payment transactions
Each month you lead the cut-off / accounting review to ensure correct revenue recognition
You audit and post travel expense reports
When needed, you fill in for bank accounting
You assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and US-GAAP
You respond to audit inquiries as part of the team
What you bring:
Successfully completed commercial or tax-related vocational training, or a degree
Confident user of DATEV MS Office; especially strong in Excel
Several years of relevant professional experience
Self-driven, structured, precise, with strong organizational skills
Customer- and service-oriented
Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
Outgoing, communicative, able to assert yourself
Open to new challenges; willing to keep learning
Team player
Sound knowledge of US-GAAP
