About the Role IMS is seeking a professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable HR Senior Generalist. The Senior Generalist duties at a professional level and work closely with senior HR management to support HR initiatives. Functional areas include talent acquisition, training, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, policy & procedures, and HRIS.
Responsibilities
Administer HR plans and procedures for all personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and Handbook and policy manual.
Participate in benefits administration for IMS employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, ancillary benefits, and annual Open Enrollment management.
Collaborate with leaders and HR Director on employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution.
Assist with 401(k) administration, annual auditor reports, and ERISA compliance.
Provide oversight for recruitment of exempt and non‑exempt employees.
Oversee onboarding experience and conduct new‑employee orientations.
Participate in annual compensation program updates, job description revisions, salary survey analysis, and performance evaluation monitoring.
Ensure EEO and OSHA compliance.
Maintain HRIS records and compile reports.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of state and federal statutes and applicable rules and regulations.
Knowledge of statistical methods, concepts, and analytical tools used in HR.
Skill in facilitating meetings and delivering presentations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5–7 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist/Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by HR.
