Shipping and Receiving Clerk , you will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, maintain up-to-date inventory records, retrieve stored data, and reply to inquiries about inventory levels and delivery schedules. We offer great benefits and paid time off. You will report to the Receiving Supervisor at the Little Rock, AR Plant. Key Responsibilities
Receive raw materials, packaging, and labels at the plant location and 3rd party location Verify CoA and paperwork match, then turn CoA into the QC department Report PO shortages and damages to the OP team Print GSHIS labels for raw material chemicals and materials received Create pick tickets for material that are requested to ship to other plants File incoming paperwork from vendors Assist Receiving Administrator with costing tickets Assist Cycle count administrator with cycle counting Review monthly reports for raw material and packaging Other tasks as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required Microsoft Office and prior SAP experience; preferred Read and comprehend policies, procedures and business related correspondence Work 7am-4pm PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location.
