Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate emotional intelligence

Assist Programs: Emergency Services, Pantry, Food Bank, Share-a-Toy, Back to Work, Back to School and staff with a variety of tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Reliable transportation
Verbally communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Effectively read and write in English and Spanish
Ability to lift and carry bags, supplies, and toys
Efficient time management
Excellent customer service ability: dignity and empathy
Clean and organized
Inventory control
Special Events
Attend events to promote UBM and provide Spanish translation
Assist with coordination, setup, and clean up
