Multifamily Property Manager - (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Community Manager to fully own day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property. We have 100+ units. This role requires operational leadership, financial accountability, leasing oversight, and strict compliance execution.
Core Responsibilities
Full operational ownership of the property, including leasing, renewals, collections, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
Financial responsibility for property performance including rent collections, delinquency control, expense management, and budget adherence.
Drive occupancy, renewal retention, and revenue optimization.
Enforce leasing standards, screening criteria, and Fair Housing compliance without exception.
Oversee vendor performance and cost controls.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting in AppFolio.
Handle resident escalations, notices, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution.
Maintain strong physical and operational standards across the asset.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Community Manager on a 100+ unit multifamily property.
Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must independently conduct lease signings, resident meetings, notices, and conflict resolution in Spanish.
Strong working knowledge of AppFolio and Blue Moon lease forms.
Demonstrated ability to lead on‑site teams and enforce accountability.
Deep understanding of Fair Housing laws and operational compliance.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Performance Expectations This role is measured on objective outcomes including occupancy and economic occupancy targets, renewal retention benchmarks, delinquency and collections control, unit turn time standards, and expense control with defined budget variance limits. Performance is reviewed monthly and quarterly.
