As a Residential Generator Coordinator at W.W. Williams, you will support the residential stock sales program, the generator sales team, engineering and sales support, accounting, and parts.
Base Pay Range $56,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr
Job Duties
Residential Gensets and Switches Order Entry:
Convert sales quotes to sales order or create new sales orders in Karmak Fusion
Tag gensets and switches received in warehouse with customer name and order number
Add serial numbers in Karmak Fusion for all gensets and switches
Residential Gensets and Switches Order Management:
Confirm customer delivery or pick‑up date of unit
Record date in Karmak Fusion; add notes in tracking field
Schedule with Service
Back Ordered Parts
Customer website – Pricing changes, new product set‑up, add new users, order status updates
Customer Credit – Determine if customer is credit, cash or COD
Karmak LPO’s:
Industrial Sales Team: Liquid‑Cooled Genset – Project Manager sends over to Parts
Kohler Order Entry
Inter‑Branch Transfers:
Review back orders and low stock
Check lead times
Warranty and Extended Warranty processing
Purchasing: using Karmak Fusion stock report
Inventory Management
Inventory Receiving:
Review for damage and work with customer service on replacement parts
Work with service to schedule installation of replacement parts
Genset Commissioning:
Create repair order and work with customers to ensure all necessary parties are on site and ready for start‑up
Work Experience & Qualifications
Our ideal candidate would have a high school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Communicates effectively either written or verbally.
Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
