What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders for Medtronic Spinal and Biologics products from medical professionals
Maintain and manage inventory of consignment and loaner products across multiple accounts
Provide case coverage and customer support based on individual client needs
Prepare and submit reports on field visits as required by the District Sales Manager
Actively pursue new customer relationships and maintain awareness of competitive conditions within the territory
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory

Experience working in an operating room setting
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
Previous experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or operating room environments
Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
Familiarity with Medtronic products and services
