1:1 Nursing in patient’s home Patient: 21 year‑old with tracheostomy, ventilator, gastrostomy, non‑verbal, non‑ambulatory, quadriplegic Family member available to assist with transfers & repositioning Part‑time or per diem scheduling (full‑time cases available nearby) Patient‑specific training provided Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (contact us for more info) Available Shifts
Weekdays: Monday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Requirements
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required NYS nursing licensure required Must be computer literate Completion of onboarding required prior to training Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed Must have malpractice insurance Compensation
$35 /hr Benefits
