We are currently hiring a 1:1 nurse to provide dedicated and passionate care in a patient’s home. The role comes with training and support from our experienced team.
Job Details
Provide 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home.
Patient: 21‑year‑old with tracheostomy, ventilator, gastrostomy, non‑verbal, non‑ambulatory, quadriplegic.
Family member to assist with transfers & repositioning.
Part‑time or per‑diem scheduling (full‑time cases available nearby).
Patient‑specific training provided.
Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas.
Available shifts: weekdays; e.g., Monday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Requirements
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required.
NYS nursing licensure required.
Computer literate.
Completion of onboarding before training.
Must complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift.
Must have malpractice insurance.
Compensation
$45 /hr.
