Seeking Outpatient Therapist (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists)

Seeking Outpatient Therapist (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists) We are hiring additional therapists to join our expanding treatment team, serving clients of all ages with diverse diagnoses. Our services include hippotherapy and outpatient land‑based therapy, with training opportunities available for therapists interested in incorporating hippotherapy—horse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic care to clients of all ages and diverse diagnoses.

Deliver land‑based therapy and/or hippotherapy sessions.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document treatment plans.

Support flexible scheduling, including after‑school availability.

Qualifications

All licensed or eligible therapists (PT, OT, SLP) are welcome, including new graduates.

Minimum 3+ years treating clients and 5+ years in equine therapy (equine therapy experience preferred).

Relocation to Poplar Grove, IL required before starting.

Certified to work in person in a supportive environment.
