The role supports the Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

Dispense, counsel, and immunize patients safely, improving patient health. Act as Pharmacy Manager proxy during bench shifts, coaching the team and providing performance feedback. Serve as the primary pharmacist‑on‑duty, assuming day‑to‑day managerial duties. Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and enforce workflow procedures. Deliver positive patient experiences through empathy, collaboration, and proactive issue resolution. Offer and administer immunizations, supporting technicians in learning to immunize. Manage inventory, focusing on cold chain product protection. Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations, escalating concerns to the Manager or Rx DL. Adapt to flexible schedules and write pharmacy schedules as directed. Keep clinical and technical skills current, seeking additional training and CMEs. Support pharmacological care services (e.g., COVID, flu, contraceptive) where permissible. Adhere to all federal, state, and company policies, safeguarding patient privacy and workplace safety. Required Qualifications

Active Pharm.D. and licensure in the state of the store. Active National Provider Identifier (NPI). Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list. Essential Functions

Punctual attendance, including nights and weekends. Complete scheduled training. Maintain attention, focus, and task flexibility. Support patient safety by ensuring prescription accuracy. Provide customer‑focused, team‑oriented service. Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats. Apply mathematical reasoning for dispensing calculations. Resolve conflicts and difficult interactions. Meet physical demands: standing, lifting, reaching, and hand‑based work. Perform additional duties as directed. Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of pharmacy or retail customer service experience. Willingness to work multiple locations as business needs arise. Pay Range

$60.00 – $76.00

per hour (base salary, varying by experience, education, and geography. Additional compensation may include a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program. Benefits
