The Role: Ketamine Infusion Nurse - RN (Lakewood, CO) As a Ketamine Infusion Nurse, you’ll deliver safe, effective treatment in a calm, supportive setting—monitoring patients, managing care, and ensuring comfort throughout.

Responsibilities

Safely and effectively administer Ketamine via IV.

Care closely for patients during every step of the process.

Explain ketamine infusion to patients and families in a way that inspires confidence and peace.

Provide calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment.

Demonstrate thorough documentation.

Support providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions.

Jump in where needed—team flexibility is part of the flow.

Compensation In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, this position pays $34–$37 hourly BOE.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license—current, active and unrestricted.

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Confidence with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish.

Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—focus on patient experience.

Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

Three 12‑hour shifts per week with alternating Saturdays and no Sundays.

1:2 patient‑to‑nurse ratio in an outpatient clinic.
