Our LPNs play a vital role in delivering specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care, leveraging cutting‑edge technology within an interdisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits Current wage range: $28.15 ‑ $33.55 per hour.
Shift premium: $2.00 per hour for 2nd shift.
Hero/hazard pay: $3.40 per hour.
Yearly wage increases.
No mandatory overtime—overtime after 8 hours.

Current Michigan LPN license; current CPR certification.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
