What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead revenue cycle management (RCM) engagements, assessing existing programs and identifying enhancement opportunities

Spot inefficiencies in current procedures and recommend actionable enhancements through data‑driven KPI assessments

Oversee program improvements and drive change management to realize greater revenue

Develop and facilitate reimbursement training content for customer employees

Manage escalation pathways for complex reimbursement cases and track payer trends

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

5+ years of experience in infusion billing, reimbursement, and/or payer contracting

Familiarity with industry EMR, CRM, and RCM software platforms

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with familiarity in accounting and financial metrics

Effective oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous consulting experience in the healthcare reimbursement sector

Knowledge of billing best practices in home infusion and infusion suites

Strong relationship‑building skills to effectively engage with customers

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to act independently

Open to challenges and committed to continuous improvement
