Job Title Service Technician – Experienced
Primary Job Function To install and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high‑quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.
Work Hours 7:00 am with an hour lunch and overtime as needed.
Reports to Service Manager
Pay Scale $29 – $40 per hour, plus benefits listed below.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Insurable driving record
Basic customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
Universal EPA Certification
Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school
NATE certification
3+ years of experience
Possess required tools
Basic understanding of wiring diagrams
Basic understanding of sheet metal
Basic understanding of refrigeration
