Loan Underwriter, Bilingual – Mid Atlantic Finance Company – Clearwater, FL – $70,000–$80,000. Benefits

Introduces self and company to each customer. Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the independent auto market. Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales targets. Analyzes credit reports, income documentation. Reviews and analyzes auto loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and creditworthiness. Corresponds directly with independent auto dealers to negotiate terms. Communicates with automobile dealers to obtain necessary loan information, consistent follow up on pending applications. Monitors Dealer loan performance and identify risk trends. Handles inbound and outbound call volume. Completes additional tasks as needed. Qualifications
Good time management and strong attention to detail. Organized, ability to multitask and work independently. Resolve problems and resolve difficult situations for customers using all available resources. Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office and strong mathematical skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Minimum of ONE YEAR of sales, customer service or auto finance experience. Prior auto loan underwriting experience is helpful. About the Company
