Night Auditor (Weekends)
$17.50/hr
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Night Auditor (Weekends) to manage overnight front‑desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you’ll assist guests with late check‑ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all overnight transactions are recorded accurately.
Audit and reconcile guest accounts during the night shift.
Process night audit reports and assist with guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
Potential to progress to front‑office supervisor, manager, or hotel accounting/finance roles.
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of hotel experience.
Previous experience in a similar or related position.
Strong customer service background.
Experience handling both positive and negative interactions.
Combination of education and experience considered.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Work hours 11 pm–7 am on Saturdays and Sundays. No flexibility.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
