What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support product team with operational tasks including new product development and feature updates
Develop collaborative relationships with other functional areas to gather information and ensure project timelines
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance and market share
Research competitor products and perform regulatory compliance analysis to inform team strategies
Ensure compliance of Ambetter or Medicare product portfolios at state and federal levels
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, sales operations, business analysis, or portfolio management
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Strong attention to detail in audits and project management
Ability to comply with all policies and standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with product compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector
Familiarity with product performance metrics and key performance indicators
Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the healthcare industry
