What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Partner with business vertical leaders to align platform capabilities with strategic goals

Oversee the development and evolution of clinical and platform services, including user management and security

Collaborate with technology leadership to ensure a modular and scalable platform architecture

Manage product delivery in an agile environment, balancing speed, quality, and compliance

Coach and develop a team of product managers to foster high performance and accountability

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of product management experience in health tech or regulated enterprise software

Proven success managing large-scale, multi-domain product portfolios

Expertise in user security, compliance, and audit logging within regulated industries

Strong technical acumen with experience influencing technical architecture decisions

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred

Experience with EMR solutions for the senior living and long-term care market segments

Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks while balancing compliance with innovation
