Essential Duties and Tasks
Assist with machine setup, preparing machinery for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, and adjusting settings as directed by the primary operator.
Supply raw material or component specific to the machine as needed, ensuring a steady flow of materials to maintain efficient production levels.
Monitor machine operations, observing the machine during operation to ensure it is running as expected, and notifying the primary operator or supervisor of any issues or malfunctions.
Assist with routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, or replacing parts, and adjust machine settings or other standard practices to ensure proper operation and maintain quality and efficiency standards.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues, performing minor repairs or adjustments under the guidance of the primary operator or maintenance personnel.
Be able to fill in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes or as necessary.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by performing standard tasks such as removing debris or waste materials.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, vision protection, hearing protection, hairnets, and beard nets as needed.
Complete production logs, pre-work checklists, and cleaning checklists as required for documentation purposes, including production output, machine downtime, and any maintenance or repair activities.
Effectively work with other departments or team members.

02:00pm - 10:00pm 2nd Shift (Swing)
10:00pm - 06:00am 3rd Shift (Graveyard)
