Full Job Description We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Tualatin. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining production machinery, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Record production data and machine performance
Fulfill production goals while maintaining a high standard of safety
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
Requirements
1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
Ability to perform minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
