Job Summary: As a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse, you'll be an integral part of a team, collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your role involves assessing patient needs, devising treatment plans, and ensuring exceptional care delivery to achieve positive health outcomes. Responsibilities: Take comprehensive accountability for assigned patients' care journey. Efficiently manage patient care flow, from initial screening to discharge coordination. Maintain meticulous patient records, including accurate test and examination postings. Administer medications as per physician directives. Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans. Handle incoming calls and perform phone triage when necessary. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program; an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required. State licensure as a Registered Nurse or an active Compact/Multi-State RN license. Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification. Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on nursing experience.
