Dialysis Clinical Coordinator – Dialysis RN (Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000) Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator. This role supports clinic operations and delivers patient care. We value diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinic operations; assume full responsibility in the Administrator’s absence.

Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.

Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels.

Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.

Update all logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.

Perform duties as assigned to meet patient care or operational needs.

Coordinate functions of all departments, develop standards and methods of measuring patient care services, and maintain chronological records required by ESRD Network Coordinating Council and Medicare.

Work with Administrator to maintain thorough documentation in the patient record of all treatments, activities, and communication with the patient, physician, and other healthcare professionals.

Promote the quality management program through education and involvement of staff and patients in outcomes and overall responsibility to achieve corporate goals for quality.

Assist with program's target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and company goals.

Review incident reports and take appropriate action; report at monthly QAPI meeting.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; develop corrective action plans.

Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed and fulfill alternate CEO responsibilities as delegated.

Conduct meetings with governing body, Regional Director, Medical Director, and staff; assure staff meetings, in-service education, and team patient care planning meetings are held monthly.

Oversee equipment and supplies to meet current laws and regulations; respond to all emergencies.

Supervise maintenance of equipment, building areas, and other property belonging to the center.

Maintain collaborative relationships with Medical Director, physicians, administrators, area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community.

Develop a positive customer service relationship and respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.

Ensure staff meet required qualifications and perform duties within company policy, state and federal laws.

Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for patient needs and staff education; assist in recruitment, training, development, and supervision of all personnel; maintain employee relations and evaluate performance.

Effectively communicate expectations; accept accountability and hold others accountable for performance.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license in applicable state; license must be maintained in good standing.

Minimum 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months of experience with maintenance dialysis patients.

CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Demonstrated leadership ability and sound judgment in new or emergent situations.

Working knowledge of English and verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
