Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and components.
Diagnose and repair issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and system tune‑ups.
Test systems for proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Advise customers on energy efficiency and system upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; completion of HVAC training program preferred.
Valid HVAC technician certification (EPA Section 608, etc.).
Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and controls.
Good communication and customer service skills.
