We are looking for an experienced Academic Consultant to provide expert guidance on academic strategies, curriculum design, and program development. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice on curriculum design, program development, and student success initiatives

Assess academic needs and recommend solutions to improve student engagement and performance

Collaborate with faculty and administrators to implement best practices and innovative teaching methods

Analyze student data to identify trends and offer insights to improve academic outcomes

Support the development and execution of academic policies and procedures

Offer one‑on‑one guidance to students facing complex academic challenges

Conduct training sessions for educators on topics such as advising and student success strategies

Write reports and provide actionable recommendations to enhance academic programs

Stay current with educational research, trends, and best practices

Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, Academic Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an academic consultant or in a similar advisory role

In‑depth knowledge of academic systems, policies, and curriculum development

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Experience working with educational institutions or corporate clients

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Proficiency in academic software and Microsoft Office Suite

Competitive hourly pay: $30 - $50
