Job Description We’re looking for a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. This hands‑on lab role involves preparing materials that support groundbreaking research and drug development.
What You’ll Do
Prepare lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols.
Record data accurately in both digital and written formats.
Learn formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures.
Collaborate with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity.
Maintain a clean, safe, and GLP‑compliant lab environment.
Develop skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication.
Education / Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life‑changing research.
Work Schedule
3rd Shift: 3:00 am – 11:45 am (includes a 12 % shift differential).
Pay:
$23/hour
