From direct admissions from medical offices, hospitals, and clinics across the organization to pre-surgery patients awaiting their procedures and even those in recovery, our scope is broad and ever-evolving.
Position Highlights
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!

Location: Baptist Medical Center, Winston‑Salem, NC
Shift Schedule: Full time (36 hours), Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am

What You'll Need
Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines.
How You'll Impact Patient Care As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, leading the coordination of patient care from assessment to evaluation. Patient Discharge & Referrals: Participate in multidisciplinary discharge planning referrals to hospital and community resources as needed.
