Position Summary We are seeking a caring and dependable
Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our assisted living team. The RN plays a key role in overseeing clinical care, supporting residents’ health needs, and collaborating with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and oversee resident care in accordance with individual care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
Supervise and support caregivers and medication aides
Communicate with physicians, families, and outside healthcare providers
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations
Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
