Job Summary
Cylinder Filler / Backup Driver
– Orlando, FL (Open) Airgas is hiring a Class B Hazmat driver to transport gas cylinders and hard goods between company locations. Responsibilities
Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle, transporting individual gas cylinders to other Airgas locations. Maintain accurate load manifests and documents. Foster strong customer relationships and provide cost and delivery information. Monitor and adjust cylinder levels to prevent emergencies. Analytical problem‑solving for customer inquiries. Safely load, unload, deliver, and retrieve cylinders and hard goods. Qualifications
Minimum 21 years old. Class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement (or ability to obtain within 60 days). Successful background and motor‑vehicle check. DOT clearinghouse verification from previous employers. Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs (occasionally 76–100 lbs). Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures. Drug‑free workplace compliance. Adherence to safety regulations and policies. Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience. Touch freight delivery experience. Benefits
