At Regions, the Clearsight Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative and clerical services related to the activities of a division, department, section or unit.
Primary Responsibilities
Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided
Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.
Screens incoming calls, mail, and receives and directs visitors
Handles all business matters confidentially
Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
Arranges business travel, coordinates meetings, supports agenda management and expense tracking, and prepares presentations and departmental reports
Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and six years administrative experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to anticipate manager or departmental needs
Ability to compose brief letters and memos and create and proof multi-page documents
Ability to work as a team and deal with internal and external customers
Advanced typing and word processing skills
High organizational skills
Proficiency using a personal computer
This position will require daily, on-site attendance at our Park Ave. office.
Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target Minimum:
$70,760.00 USD
50th Percentile:
$88,877.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
