INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Woodward Orthopedics, Oklahoma’s largest not‑for‑profit health system, offers a Clinic Nurse position in Woodward, OK. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Job Description Assume responsibility for delivery of patient care using the nursing process under physician supervision. Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as applicable. Provide exceptional care, promote patient satisfaction, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Contribute to assessment/reassessment of patients.
Participate in development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care interventions.
Monitor for abnormal lab values and deviations from baseline.
Report changes in patient status to physician and initiate orders as directed.
Promote patient satisfaction and ensure confidentiality.
Manage charge creation and chart accuracy.
Document patient information accurately and timely.
Report suspected abuse and refer to appropriate resources.
Perform venipuncture, EKG, waived testing, bone density, X‑ray, and other assigned procedures; sterilize equipment after use.
Gather and document patient condition data (lab values, pain, education needs, nutrition, complications).
Participate in plan of care development and medication administration.
Reports to department director, business office manager, or clinical manager/weekend supervisor.
Qualifications
RN licensure in Oklahoma or current multi‑state license (Nurse Licensure Compact) OR LPN licensure in Oklahoma or current multi‑state license.
BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Effective verbal and written English communication.
Must have a current Oklahoma State driver’s license and an acceptable driving record; the position requires use of an INTEGRIS‑owned or personal vehicle.
Physical Demands Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Exposure to inclement weather and extreme temperatures may occur during home‑health visits. Follow standard precautions.
