Our client, a leading organization in the photography and videography industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$85,000 - $95,000 Shift:
M-F 8am-5pm ONSITE
What's the Job?
Drive reporting, forecasting, and insights across inventory, operations, and purchasing functions.
Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards using Tableau for business stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
Develop and refine forecasting models to anticipate demand and improve inventory management.
Design and manage data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accessibility using SQL.
What's Needed?
3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or data-heavy role.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
Experience building dashboards, forecasting, and analyzing large datasets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
