Pay Scale: Production Base rate: $33.80 bonus opportunities based on experience and diesel certification, tied to individual productivity and performance.
What We’re Looking For
Diesel Technician experience required; Ford diesel experience preferred
Powerstroke or equivalent diesel certification strongly preferred
3–5+ years of dealer-level or heavy diesel technician experience
Strong diagnostic skills in diesel engines, fuel systems, emissions, and drivability
Results-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair diesel engines and powertrain systems, including Powerstroke platforms
Perform heavy-duty diesel repairs including engine, turbo, fuel, cooling, and exhaust after-treatment systems
Troubleshoot advanced electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns
Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately per Ford factory and dealership standards
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional safety or service needs
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Dispatch, and Parts to support workflow
Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
Road test vehicles to ensure proper diesel performance and repair quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Stay current with Ford diesel training, certifications, and technical bulletins
