AutoCAD experience is required. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Missouri required (Dual licensure in Missouri and Illinois is preferred) Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal requirements, and technical methodologies Proficiency with surveying equipment and software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organizational and project management abilities Responsibilities
Conduct surveys using advanced equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser levels Determine and document precise measurements of land features, boundaries, and elevations Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings Research and interpret legal documents, deeds, and previous surveys to establish accurate property boundaries Resolve boundary disputes through thorough investigation and effective communication with stakeholders Benefits
