Schedule 2 – Full‑time or PRN (days, nights, weekends as needed)
Job Scope Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) caring for adult patients with tracheostomy, providing skilled nursing care in the home setting.

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
If holding a compact license, it must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary)
TB skin test within last 12 months
Prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred (6 months), but not required
Reliable transportation
